Some health care workers aren't any good, but most are. I encourage you to not let your experiences in the hospital keep you from seeking help. All doctors and therapists are not the same, many tell the truth, many believe us, many are of great aid.

If one therapist does not work for you, you can change to another in most all cases. And you may ultimately find that you have one person for diagnosis and meds, another for talking and other therapy, along with another who works mainly with physical conditions. Plus maybe even a case-manager. In other words, you can build a team of helpful people, each person with their own strengths.

You deserve good help and guidance, we all do, and it is available.

[I just noticed that you are in Singapore, I don't know what the state of mental health care is there, I'm in U.S.A. Hopefully you can indeed find a good team of people to help you, or even one person, someone trained and able to hear you. Good luck.]
