well actually my parent ask a team of psychologist, cousellers, and nurse to do a home visit not long ago.

since i and my brother both suffer from mental illness. and when they arrive to my home i dont even dare to look at them. and i started to get Anxious and i barely able to talk to them maybe due i might suffer from selective mutism as well, since i hardly speak to anyone other then those that are very close to me.

and after the leave i started to think about what has happened in the mental hospital again.
