it sounds like me before birth control. i have poly cystic ovary syndrome. so, when my cyst should release an egg, they were just growing and growing then eventually twisting or rupturing and it was very painful. would cause me to vomit and pass out just like you describe. when i finally had the hysterosonogram done, they found over a dozen cysts per ovary and a polyp in the lining of my uterus. i would definitely go see a doc especially if you are young because PCOS is more common in women my age (I'm 21)
