I take Effexor and I haven't had any tiredness that I can relate to it. I also take a booster of Zoloft.
The biggest side effect that I have heard from others is more of a sexual nature. Not being able to reach orgasim.
Good luck and like psjeff said it's a lot of trial & error. You may try ten before you find the one that works for you
