thanks everyone.
well i tried writing down some of the things that were upsetting me... and in the short term it actually did help. i also told my boyfriend about my depression and he is being really supportive. i feel that although it may change our relationship, it was something that had to be done. my counsellors away this week and im finding it hard - i usually cant talk that much anyway but i feel just even more trapped than ever.
i just want to snap my fingers and make everything ok again.
