sounds like things are very, very overwhelming. it is not whining to tell what is bothering you or making life seem just too much to bear. anyone would be upset if they faced what is happening in your life in their life. i sure would.

we are all like pressure cookers, if the heat and pressure build up to a certain point we must let some out or we explode.

can you do something to help comfort yourself? if you let your friends support you on here maybe it will help you hold things together longer and better.
