Hi! I was diagnosed at 40! I struggled through school, college (took 7 years) and now almost 20 years later and medication I am in grad school pursuing marriage and family counseling with all As! The medication has done so much for me. I only wish I had have know so many years ago. I wonder what path I could have gone, but can't worry about that. Have you tried looking for UK adhd sites? Can you find a specialist or counselor in UK that can test you? I was diagnosed by a counselor then referred to a doctor for medication. He also did a quick test. Surely there is someone to help you.
