I think I am wasting T's time !!!!! we do all this good work and painful work and then some A-hole rings up and treats me like S*** and I start to shake and panic and flashback but I complete the call sounding calm and then AAARRRRRRGGGGGHHHHHHHH !!!!!!!!! whats the point!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
