I don't have any words of wisdom, but i think turquoisesea is right, if you can just try to get out of the house and meet with some ppl. If you are alone, you can also have a good time outside, go to any place you feel comfortable, maybe a park or just have a walk down the street for a little bit, or a shop, or some other place. If you feel lonely beeing outside , maybe some music would help. When i feel low i sometimes go to the park, listen to music and watch dogs play (it makes me smile eventually) or just watch people. I also like to take some bread and feed pigeons or take some cheese and feed cats. Makes me smile too. If I don't feel like going outside I like to play simple computer games, like click on 3 yellow bubbles and they will dissapear, make all the bubbles dissapear

Stupid games, but they make my mind occupied and I stop thinking about life and stuff.
