My depression is bad enough but now my next door neighbor is harassing me. He has set up big spotlights and have them shine into my windows all night long. He also parked his big truck in front of my house so my girlfriend has to park across the street. This guy has told me a few times that us old people should be in nursing homes. (I am older than his dad)
The police say that they can do nothing about harassment. So they will not help. The rest of the neighbors are afraid of this guy, he is the town bully. This is very frustrating. I have tried to talk to him but he and his wife want me to fight. I am disabled and he knows that.
