It is obvious to me and my girlfriend that he just wants attention. His wife encourages him. He really gets on my nerves tho. While we were cleaning her car tonight, he climbed on his roof so he could take pictures of what we were doing. I guess vacuuming a car was interesting to him? We finished up and put everything away and he started yelling that he wasn't done yet and for us to stay outside.
