(((Tishie)))
So sorry you have back pain. It's no laughing matter at all.
Maybe you can see a specialist and perhaps, a support brace might help awhile.
Hoping you get better.
And just in case you want to take it on yourself till you see someone, I have aches from where I had surgery, and it affects my lower back.
I use anti-inflammatory nutrients, like ginger root.
You can make a big pot of tea, and refrigerate the rest...
Take a ginger root and boil it first in filtered water, then let it simmer for at least 20 minutes.
Sip it all day. Hot and cold. Add some agave nectar or honey to it, and some other spices if you like, and see if it helps while you wait for an appointment.
Also, there are elastic belts, with shoulder straps (you can find them online) that come in lots of colors, and help give support around the waist and below it, taking pressure off the back.
If you get a black one, or a navy one, it doesn't look too bad with jeans and a tee. It helped me after surgery much.
Best to you. hope it's not serious.
Love and Painlessness... (is that even a word, doh)
