Congrats on your graduation and accomplishments. It is frustrating when someone you care about doesn't take things seriously like you do. She isn't going to continue to get good results unless she learns though. Her choices don't have to take away from all that you have done though. Maybe it seems unfair that she get so many rewards and seems to have it easy when you have to work for everything. It isn't fair, but what you have done means just as much. It sounds like there is more to the story than what you have said here.
