Zen - if THEY messed up then THEY should do it again for FREE.

one time I went to go get a body perm (not a poodle perm) because my hair is wavy in some parts and straight in others and i wanted it to be uniform and that's less abrasive than straightening it everyday y'know? well I went to an aveda salon which are supposed to be top shelf and when they were done I said "I look exactly the same as when I came in" and they agreed. So I waited the 2 weeks and went back and they re-did it for free. don't go somewhere else and pay again. make them correct their mistake!
