i've always gotten pretty lucky. usually i tell them 'you're the one who went to school.....you do what you think would look good on me' and get pretty awesome results. then again, i've had my hair every style/color under the sun and can handle pretty much anything when it comes to changing my hair.

what i like to do, if i know exactly what i want, i search for specific hair styles and print out a picture of what i want. they have so many pictures out there, its pretty easy to find something you like. then they know exactly what you want it to look like.

hope you get used to it! and i'm sure it'll wash out a little over the next month or so. one time i dyed my hair dark brown and it came out black so i had to go to sally beauty supplies and get some stuff to strip the color out and re-do it.
