theforgotten1... I believe the problem you're experiencing is specifically related to your Internet service provider, Hughesnet. They may be restricting the port needed for the chat server to communicate with your computer. Send them a technical support request asking them if you have access to port 8080. If not, that's the problem.

ohgosh, I can't really respond to such a general query as "I can't get anything to work on this site." If you could be more specific (and start your own support thread here if need be), then that would be greatly appreciated.
