I have been told to do just one thing every day that is just for me. Sometimes the "one thing" is just getting out of bed.
Some days a walk, some days I make my grocery list, some days the only thing good about the day is that it is over. Some days I don't have the energy to try.
Every day is a battle and I have no answers.
