well we tried ta do the right thing an went out an did 5 loads of laundry yesterday ta break the repetitiveness of our actions an all it got us was a very hurtin body an lotsa anxiety that we donno how ta handle right now...the things we do lately for riddin ourselves of our anxiety isnt workin an we hafta take our xanax right now so we dont wig out completely an do somethin we havent done in a long long time...sorry...gotta go take it...
