the thiing to be aware of though is that if you break your word to make you feel really really bad - not trying to put you off - just putting both sides of the argument - as I said it worked for me but it was and still is hard I had cut down the number of marks I made eahc day less - but the promise stopped me in my tracks I really respect my T and would not want ot let him down.
