One day when i was talking with my daughter about being bored, depressed, she said, why don't you go look at the puppies at the city dog shelters? At the time I thought that advise sucked, but I get where she is coming from when I'm not falling into that sucky hole.

Did you read the PC newletter about 5 things to do for yorself to keep from a depression relapse? I just got my e-mail notice today...it gives a 'plan of action'.
