We have serious trust issues. Some of us get really paranoid but it IS getting better. For us the more we can trust each other inside the less important it needs to be for us to trust outside people. We realize we still have to keep ourselves safe, but if someone says something hurtful that we didn't expect them to say or someone tells someone else something we told them in confidence it doesn't feel like we want to die anymore...ok it still does a little but we are working on that.

Your list seems like a great place to start thinking about trust. It was helpful to us.
