Every one with CFS/ME has different symptoms, different levels of severity, so I think you can have it without the pain... I am not sure though... either way, I can relate, I do have the pain though, and I may have ME/CFS, so if you wanna talk or have someone listen and understand (to an extent, of course), PM me... take care of you.
