So we have been doing well the last few years, not too much going on, not working on any issues, just surviving, but no choas either. Now we are working on issues and the past and chaos is abounding, the inside is in great turmoil. Can't cope with it, not safe. Can't live this way, but don't know what to do. Need to keep huritng ourselves, want to cut so badly to make it all stop. For crying out loud someone wants to cut just because T said she doesn't think we will. How stupid is that???!!?? Most want to just because they are overwhelmed or scared or in pain, or want the memories and feelings to stop. I don't know what to do.
