A while ago I stopped taking my medications, without telling anyone.
I didn't think they were working so I found it useless to take them.

I was on lexapro, seroquel, and lithium. I want to start taking them again for a couple reasons.

I don't want my bloodtests to come out wrong, and I want to give them another try.

Does anyone know a safe way to go about doing this.
I don't want to accidently overdose.

I was on 20mg lexapro
100mg seroquel
and 1200mg lithium

if anyone can help me it would be appreciated
