hey there, it sounds like a really bad spot to be in.
But, you have your husband at least. And even if you can't have internet there are public places you can get it too. It would be limited but there are libraries for instance that have some limited access. So don't rule out completely. Reach out for help ... I'm sorry those who promised help didn't give it but keep looking, you might be able to find it.
I don't think you're a loser.
