Hi Sargonic,
A dissociative disorder is possible but so are a number of other things, based on just what you described I could think of about 10 diagnosis off hand that could fit, both medical issues or mental health issues and I am sure there are possiblities than just what I can think of off hand. Are you seeing a T? If not I would go to one asap. Have you been to your family Dr recently for a full checkup? If not, I would do that asap as well. Hope you can get some help.
Hugs,
P

Many times, a few hours per day, I will just hear classical piano music and nobody else will hear it. I have never heard that specific music nor do I recall ever searching for classical piano music.
Four days ago, someone who I have never met before approached me, and when I asked who they were, they just said that we met the prior day and that I was very polite while conversing(Two things that I normally would not do). They also commented that my style of walking had changed since the prior day.
Do I have a dissociative disorder? If so, which one? If not, then what could I have?
