Thanks again! I did start a journal. Yesterday I felt great. I was able to go to a birthday party filled with people I had never met and I did fine. It has been so long since I have felt good that I am not sure if I feel good, or if I am going to become hypomanic. For now, I am going to enjoy how I feel, journal it and get as much done as I can to set up my life so that it works better in teh hard times. I know this isn't magic, and I am reluctant to celebrate it, but so far I feel good. I have been on it for three nights now and other than that first bad night, I have slept beautifully. I woke up today at 5:50, rested and ready to go.
