Wow, your alters integrated? That's neat. Some of mine have and some need more time and some may be with me forever. It is quite a journey. If I could choose I would not be D.I.D. but I am still after 15 years learning to love how they helped me.

It was hard enough for me to believe on a consistant basis that I had alters _ only a good therapist would be qualified. I would look into someone who is willing to learn along with you. IMHO
