As an RN, I would highly suggest placing a call to your doctor. They may be able to council you over the phone.

I would suggest not restarting your meds until you speak with an MD about it and DO NOT under ANY circumstance restart your lithium without getting your lithium level (blood) checked. Without knowing your lithium level, you will not know what the appropriate dose is that you will need to get to your therapeutic range and you could end up putting yourself into lithium toxicity.

In the future, I would suggest to always consult your MD or PDoc before stopping or starting your meds. Stopping any one of these meds abruptly could have caused serious problems for you and your are lucky that they didn't.

I'm sorry if your parents aren't able to get you into the doctor, but you need to take responsibility for your health as well, which means complying with your medication regimen.

Hope everything works out okay for you.
