I hope that last week when l switched during the chat after l triggered that l followed all your guidelines. I did call my own nurse and also l did try to stop talking and just to be there with others until the nurse could get to me. I am sorry if i have disrupted anything for others as this was never my intention and l if l did upset anyone please accept my apologies
