I do better at my health life style if I have at least one other person to be 'accountable' to.
Example, I want to walk 30 minutes a day. Sometimes, most of the time actually, I need a little push.
If I post a new thread called
Have you walked today? and then share what I saw, where I walked, was it a nice day, etc, who will join me and help keep me moving in the right direction?
