Stress can sometimes cause seizures, but it depends on what your diagnosis is.
I urge you to go to or call your Dr. right away. You may need a medicine change.
I know it's hard not to be embarrassed when you have a seizure, but the people who take care of you don't think one bit less of you. Your family, boyfriend and friends know you and care for you. It's not an imposition.
My ex-husband had seizures. It was just part of our lives. I didn't think any less of him and it had no bearing on our break-up.
Again, please call or see your Dr. right away.
I hope things settle down very soon.
