I, too, admire you for having the courage to express your views, even though, sometimes, it ends up that folks must simply 'agree to disagree', in order to move forward.

I am also hopeful that the airing of the issues, and successful conflict resolution (all around), has drawn people ever closer, and allowed us to learn more not only about group dynamics, but about ourselves...
