we have some of them days too, in fact alot atm so yes we do keep coming here and trying to help others but sometimes we wonder if we are even doing that right or helping anyone
dont focus too much on all the rough days they do come and go and yet when we are in it falling down the hole we are struggling much it can be hard to see
we are here and we love you all very much keep coming here and hold onto us you help us so much....believe it so much because its so so true
