Whooopse! I was trying to make sense of T's recipe - which meant correcting a lot, too. Yeah, she didn't even say on hers.... I think i put them in just with the other liquids. lol
As to flour - yes, you can use any kind of flour. T's page even says can mix flour if you want (two cups spelt, one cup barley or oat, etc).
No worries - I'm no cook either - but it totally works out =) Tastes sooo good. I even added the 2nd egg in last and thought I had surely ruined it. But nope! T also says you can put in a fruit juice if you want, instead of eggs. I guess the dough is very forgiving =)
