I agree with doc john, a quiz can't tell you if you're depressed, but it can be a guide - my results were as follows:
Depressed Mood: 32
Manic Mood: 32
Anxious Mood: 33
Sleep: 45 (11 hours)
= depression
But like radio_flyer, I don't feel depressed... but then, I don't feel good either - in fact, I just kinda, feel nothing at the moment (which is probably a sign of depression anyway).
Is this a new feature doc john, because it feels a little, incomplete - particularly the questions about sleep - because I'm getting a lot of sleep, but it's sooooooo out of whack, I can't fall asleep, the birds are singing when I finally do - but once I'm asleep, I'm asleeeeeeep, and I end up missing out on most of the day - I think things like that are more important than how much I'm getting
It's just a thought, the might be some tweaking that may make the mood tracker more relevant to the individual
