If you have a T it might be good ground to explore with him or her what those sayings suggest to you, why you feel hurt by them, get the real issues out from being stuck buried inside where we tend to shove things when they hurt too much to look at, and work on healing those hurting places. Then when you hear sayings like this (and the world has tons of them!) they won't feel personally aimed at you anymore.

Thanks Malady , I'm very happy to hear from you . I hope there are
no hard feelings from what I said the other day. I read things and
come up with a few different ways to look at them . Then I get
angry and say things I don't REALLY mean and regret them later.
I guess people reading this will be cautious to reply to my posts
to avoid any confrontations. That is not my intention . I don't
want to offend or attack or hurt anyone. And by the way ,
my Dad got in contact with my brother because I told him about
this and he says it was not directed at ME personally , but to everyone
in general. Is this a sort or Paranoia? I will ask my T about
overpersonalizing as you said and see if I can get to the root of
this. Not Good!!!! Anyway Thanks for the advice and Take Care
