I have heard of gonorhea (or however its spelled) and clamydia of the throat but I believe thats contracted from giving a man oral sex. It never hurts to get tested though. There are tons of clinics that will do most testing free and anonymously (in my experience HIV tests cost a little bit but are still anonymous).
