I'm sorry you are having such difficulties with work and all. I'm working as a home provider for a man with developmental disabilities. There are some days I just want to lie in bed and cover my head with the blankets, but I can't do that. I have to get up and deal with the day/night. I'll grant you, it is dang hard sometimes. At the same time, I don't consider my issues and pain to be extremely bad, more bothersome than anything else.
You are welcome to pm me if you would like to and feel safe to do so if you want to give more info and maybe I can help. At least I will give it the old college try

What does pm mean? I'm sorry but the fibro fog is here to torment me.
You know, I could never be a home provider. I admire your gumption. I took care of my parents for two years and I ended up having to miss the last six weeks of school. I am a teacher. I'm struggling with the fibro fog thing too. It seems to take me three times as long to prepare lesson plans and do paper work. The kids help me remember where I put things and help me with words.
Thank you for your interest.
