Fuzzy, pity parties can be very... liberating. If you do them right. There's nothing wrong with feeling bad that you have no biological family and grieve about that at times. I would too.
I can imagine how isolating it must feel at times to know you have no biological family. And I am truly sorry for you.   But I often wish I didn't have any biological family, for all that's happened and for how difficult and hurting it is for me now.
