any ideas? erm........when as stressed as you have been lately I think your system is so taxed that a puff of air could knock you into a trigger. So to answer of how to see it as bodily response that does not necessarily relate to any present danger? For now I would say that until things calm down a bit you're going to be 'strung' to get set off.
Your ideas of more exercise and different types are great ones! Let us know if more oxygen makes a difference in how you perceive the triggers as they arise.
