That's exactly the problem. The waiting games before it makes it to their list of illnesses and etc. While more kids are being corrupted by their obsessively and mentally ill alienated parent who wants nothing more then to give hell to the other parent. It's like their life mission to make the other parent life a living hell and to do that is to get their kids to turn against the other parent and actually getting away with it. It's quite sick and barbaric.

My close friends ex husband is already in a couple of contempts for violating the courts ruling and it takes 30 days for the ex husband and his lawyers to explain the contempt charges... it's enough time to do even more damage to the poor kid.

As far as psychological evaluation on the kid.. He was evaluated at the hospital and fortunately he was evaluated by someone who knows about PAS and even told my friend that he has suspicious of the condition that the kid is suffering with. The kid and both of the parents are in therapy... I honestly don't think it will do any good. I feel that the kid would recover if his father loses 100% custody over him and only have supervised visitations.

My friend is getting so financially tired of spending thousands on lawyer fees while the ex husband is taking an advantage of his job position and having tax payers like I pay for his lawyer fees.
