Leave it out for it to dry out or keep it covered with the dressing and bandage I am using now ?
So...
1. Should I leave it covered or open
2. How long should I keep it covered before being able to let air get to it
3. How can I reduce the pain it is causing me
4. What should I cover the wound with ?
5. How come I got down to the fat layer with such an undeep cut ?
Please help me. I regret all of the cuts on my at the moment. I just want this wound to heal ASAP so I can get on with everything.
NEVER going to cut again!

Wash the arm with tepid water, apply hydrogen peroxide with a cotton balls. A gel, such as neosporin or Polysporin (my fave) will help prevent infection and limit any scarring. Cover with gauze and tape (or large bandage).
