I second what exoticflower just said. I have told T a bit of what I went through. He is psychoanalytic so he pretty much follows the blank face style. But when I tell him things he gets shocked and it really puts me off telling him more. I know it is because he cares and feels for me, but it really gets in the way of me telling him more. Where is the blank face when I need it? I agree, no one gets it unless you've been there. Plus this stuff happened some time ago and by the hands of people we trusted. It is hard to talk about it and put it out there.
