I know some folks like online testing and things that can tell you something -- hopefully something new -- about yourself.

We've been talking with the folks over at Mindsite and want to do something with them. They offer an online assessment for mental health issues, much like Sanity Score, but much more thorough, in-depth and complete (but a lot less orangey!).

If you have the time -- it takes about 20 to 30 minutes to complete it -- please pop on over to:

and click on the "Free start now" button. Do the whole assessment if you can, and let me know what you think about the results you receive at the end of it.

Keep in mind, too, that the assessment may be most appropriate for folks who are relatively new to mental health and seeking out treatment. I think it may hold less value for folks who have been dealing with pretty much the same mental health issues for years.
