I like that you can feel her positve energy send. A while ago a friend who live far away was really sick to I sent her a care package. One of the items inside was with a handcrafted glass ball. I told her that when she was having a bad day, to pick up the ball because I filled it with a lot of positive healing energy. When I think of her or know that she is going through a rough spell, I will deliberately imagine refilling the ball. I believe we have energy to share.
