I hope Lamictal will help, yes, because this sadness and tiredness is getting unbearable. I'm losing my appetite, losing weight, feeling weak, etc. Might be physical or just the depression. Probably both. I have to go to work tomorrow and I just hope I don't pass out and can perform my duties.
