I've noticed my cuts are getting deeper lately...

I've tried to tell T about this, and she told me that if they continue to get deeper, she'll have to call my parents about it again. I only have to wait a month until I'm 18, and she can't tell anymore. What can I do until then...until i can openly talk to her about this?
