I agree with thinker. I have had psychosis in both mania and depression. I used to hear a phone ringing when it wasn't. I thought there were snakes in the wall, I couldn't see them but damn it they were there. I also saw shadowy figures out of the corner of my eye. When I turned to look at them they were not there. I also have bipolar disorder. Just keep your pdoc updated and talk it over with your therapist. I also take Seroquel and it has helped me a lot.
