I have had these similar theme dreams for much of my life. They are usually very vived and frightening. I would say they make up about 75% of all of my dreams.

I am trying to get away from someone or from many people who are chasing me and I cannot move. Sometimes I am brutally attacked, but the main issue always seems to be that I cannot move. Sometimes I am KILLED.

I also have many dreams in which I find myself in an unknown place with my car or on foot and do not know where to go.

When I wake up I feel abou the same with either type of dream. A type of frustration. I have had these kind of dreams for about 30 of my 54 years. I have tried to think of things in my childhood that would cement this type of feeling in my mind and all I can think of is that I was picked on more that most.

Any ideas?
